Initiate Your Return

Log into your WTB account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in new, unused condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
